With carefully selected musical performances by award-winning Daoirí Farrell, musician and singer Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh and musical duo Lost Brothers - tradition and innovation nestle together.
Award-winning chef Emmett McCourt will share stories about our food tradition, assemble and share sample recipes – adapted over time and place and accompanied by samples of the hand-crafted premium beers from local award-winning Northbound Brewery.
