IMBOLC International Music Festival, returns from 27th January to 10th February 2019. This year will be our biggest festival yet as it runs alongside the world’s only famine-related art collection ‘Coming Home: Art and the Great Hunger’ which will run from 18th January to 16th March 2019.

As one of Ireland’s premiere folk, trad and roots festivals, we greatly depend on our enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help transform the city for the duration of the festival.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers from January to March 2019 from all walks of life and all age groups to help us ensure that our festival in 2019 is as successful as last year’s.

Do you have experience in Front-of-house, Box Office, Social Media, Light/Sound or any other relevant area and would like to join an enthusiastic and friendly festival team? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Our volunteers enjoy many benefits including free entry to festival events, the opportunity to meet new people and learn new skills. A volunteer briefing will take place week commencing 14th January 2019.

Volunteers receive official IMBOLC Festival t-shirts as well as free tickets to select shows. All volunteers must be aged 18 years or older.
